What to see
The Village Milieu
Jyskyjärvi is one of the few Viena folklore villages which is situated on a river. The suspension bridges crossing the river add to the picturesque village milieu.
Dobrinina's Garden
Aleksandra Dobrinina worked at the village medical clinic for decades. Dobrinina is also remembered for establishing a garden for both decorative and useful plants. After her death, the garden went into decline. Nevertheless, she did succeed in planting the notion of growing trees and planting gardens on property.
The Graveyard
The Jyskyjärvi Graveyard is a combination of both old and new traditions.
Orthodox chapel
The Jyskyjärvi Orthodox Chapel was built in 1997. The original building was burned to the ground decades ago.
